Trailer: Zac Efron & Seth Rogan star in “Neighbors”

Here’s a look at next year’s comedy “Neighbors”, starring Seth Rogen and surprisingly enough, Zac Efron. The film features Rogen and Rose Byrne as a married couple moving into a neighborhood to start a new family, only discover that a fraternity is moving in next door, headed up by Efron. Check out the hilarious trailer above and expect the film to hit theaters May 9, 2014.
