Oregon-based Bluer Denim has really gotten out attention with this informative introductory video. Creating denim designed in Portland, and using materials sourced from across the US – including North Carolina, Los Angeles, Kentucky and Georgia – each pair of jeans is handmade in the US. In the video above Jeffrey Todd Shafer of Bluer Denim outlines what makes the company truly unique; including a transparent sourcing policy, offering affordable prices and free home try-on. What we love most about Bluer isn’t simply that this way of creating a product and selling it seems right, but the fact that Shafer and all those involved seem genuinely invested in what they’re doing.
