BMW‘s four-wheeled vehicles may be more common on the road, but the German company has a long and proud heritage of producing some serious two-wheeled machines. For their latest venture, they’ve created the R1200 GS Adventure motorcycle, built for rugged long-distance riding both on and off the road, wherever life may take you. The GS Adventure is a follow-up to the German automaker’s existing R1200 GS platform, and includes a larger fuel tank, increased suspension travel, larger seat and a numerous other improvements. The motorbike produces 125 horsepower from its two cylinders, which is more than enough to open the R1200 GS Adventure up on the open road.
