I woke up on a recent grey and dreary morning in November to notice that it was snowing. Snow. For real. Ugh. Like it or not, winter is just beginning. And, it looks like it could be a long one. But, there’s also a light at the end of the tunnel. Eventually, spring will arrive. And, if you need a refreshing reminder on just how quickly warmer weather will be here, Simon Miller has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2014 Lookbook.
Haven’t heard of Simon Miller? That’s a shame. The brand is only one of the top denim producers currently available.
The label was founded by Simon Miller in 2006 with a focus on Japanese denim jeans. The jeans quickly earned a reputation as one of the best-fitting on the market, thanks to using only the finest Japanese selvedge denim. Simon Miller (The Man) left his namesake and passed it along to Jake Sargent and Dan Corrigan. The duo has since expanded the label into something more than an excellent maker of denim. Today, Simon Miller is a full clothing line that uses only the finest quality fabrics from Italy that is produced in Los Angeles. The label received a major boast earlier in the year when its products appeared at Mr. Porter.
For Spring/Summer 2014, the casual line has taken inspiration from the American southwest to create a range that includes knits, button-downs, t-shirts, and, of course, that renowned denim. Whether you’re a fan of raw denim or sun-washed jeans, Simon Miller offers a varied selection of denim pieces to cover all your denim needs. So, if you need a serious reminder that warmer days are on the way, you definitely need to check out the Simon Miller 2014 Spring/Summer Lookbook. It will put a smile on your face.
