Dodge Unveils 2015 Challenger SRT “Hellcat”

Dodge has officially unveiled the new Challenger SRT Hellcat, the most powerful edition of the Challenger to date. Powered by an American-made 6.2L Hemi V8, the Hellcat will be have over 600 horsepower under the hood. Putting all that muscle down to the pavement will be either a six-speed manual gearbox or eight-speed automatic. In an interesting twist, the car will come with two sets of keys: a red key that unleashes the full 600 horses, and a black key that governs the ponies (or if you’re smart, the bottom of your garbage can). Design mods include a hood scoop, aerodynamics package, and a vertical-split grill.
